Mienly is a personal record-keeping tool for one front-facing photo a day, with an optional mood tag, note and voice memo. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or interpret anything about your health or appearance.
You keep every right to the photos, notes and recordings you make. They stay on your device. Mienly claims no licence over them because it never receives them.
Glances are a consumable in-app balance used to build comparison cards. They are tied to this device and this Apple account and cannot be transferred or restored after the app is removed or its data is cleared.
Do not use Mienly to record anyone other than yourself, and do not use it where doing so would break a law that applies to you.
